Born in Catanzaro on September 2, 1972, she graduated in law from the State University of Milan.
A partner and co-founder of the law firm Bochicchio&Partners, she specializes in handling all labor profiles of the relationships of banks and financial intermediaries with managers and financial advisers, both as agents and employees.
Over the years, she has gained in-depth experience managing every aspect of labor relations between financial advisors and intermediaries in the judicial and extrajudicial fields.
An important focus of her consulting and judicial experience has matured in stability covenants and non-competition agreements. She has also delved into all industrial and competition law issues, gaining expertise in trademarks, patents, unfair competition, antitrust, and copyright.
She assists small and medium-sized companies in negotiating contracts to transfer and license all intellectual property rights, including activities concerning registration. She also conducts counseling and litigation related to trademarks and patents in Italy and abroad.
She loves modern art, to which she devotes much of her free time, travel, and skiing.
