She graduated in law in 2007 from Bocconi University and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
In 2009, she received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Liuc University in Castellanza, and in 2016 she earned a short master’s degree in international taxation and application of double taxation treaties from the International Tax Center in Leiden.
Since beginning her professional career, she has assisted small and medium-sized companies and individuals, specializing in wealth planning, taxation of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, and tax litigation.
She has practiced at leading Italian and international law and tax firms and is currently senior counsel at Studio Caldara & Associati.
She assists, in particular, private clients in structuring estate planning solutions, generational transition and relocation, and dealing with civil and tax aspects. She also deals with tax issues related to startup investments and the holding and management of works of art.
She has also worked with family business structures of financial intermediaries, gaining experience in the taxation of financial instruments.
She has been a speaker at numerous conferences on wealth planning, art, cryptocurrency, and startups.
In her private life, she has varied and dynamic interests: sports, photography, travel, and cooking are her best allies to experiment and be contaminated by different experiences and sensations.
