He has been working with Bernoni Grant Thornton since 2010 as an expert in the transfer pricing and international tax area. Between 2015 and 2017, he was head of Bernoni Grant Thornton’s Italian desk at Grant Thornton Uk in London. He has been appointed partner as of January 1, 2019. At Bernoni Grant Thornton, he is a member of the transfer pricing and international tax team. He is currently in charge of the M&A transaction tax team, which he also helped to structure with a view to integration with expertise derived from the particular focus on international issues he has accrued over the years. He also regularly assists in tax audits and litigation.
He graduated with honors in business administration from Cattaneo University-Liuc in Castellanza and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and the Register of Auditors. Over the years, he has earned a master’s degree in corporate tax law and a master’s degree in international taxation. He has also taken advanced courses at the Ibfd in Amsterdam, explicitly focusing on transfer pricing.
He is a member of Ifa (International fiscal association – Italian branch) and, since 2017, of the Tax & Legal Commission of Aifi (Italian private equity, venture capital, and private debt association). He is also a member of the International Tax Commission of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and chairs the working group on international taxation at the study center of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
Since 2012, he has been an expert in tax law at the University of Milan Bicocca. He is the author of several publications and frequently participates in international and national conferences as a speaker.
