Born in Avellino on April 10, 1976, in 1995, he moved to Milan, where he was admitted to the historic Augustinianum college at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, earning his law degree in 2000.
Partner and co-founder of Studio Bochicchio&Partners, he specializes in the extrajudicial and judicial management of the relationships of banks and financial intermediaries with clients in the areas of advice, management, placement, order collection, trading, and financial abuses; he also deals with trust companies and all issues related to trusts and trust headers; in the area of derivative contracts, Otv has been arbitrator and secretary in several arbitration panels.
He advises the compliance function of leading intermediaries and collaborates in the periodic review of existing contractual models with clients; he is also involved in managing relations and financial intermediaries with the Supervisory Authorities.
A lecturer in training courses at financial intermediaries on market abuse and Legislative Decree 231/2001, he specializes in support in organizational and regulatory adjustments in corporate and banking matters.
He is on the Special Roll of lawyers admitted to legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other Superior Jurisdictions.
He is a lover of classical culture and the local history of Nusco, his hometown where he took care of the library and archives of the ancient diocese in his youth. His spare time is devoted to numismatics, skiing, and travel.
