A lawyer practicing in the Supreme Court, registered with the Milan Bar Association, she has put the person at the center of her work for more than twenty-five years, seeking to understand their needs and expectations fully.
After graduating in law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, she earned a master’s degree from Bocconi University. Subsequently, she obtained her specialization at the Aiaf School (Italian Association of Lawyers for Families and Minors), and in 2011 her diploma as a counselor in the family field at the end of a three-year training course at the Higher School of Counseling of the Berne Center, an institute of transactional analysis in Milan.
After a solid experience at the Walter Caporizzi Law Firm in Milan and at the Nascimbene and Andreoni Law Firm, in 2011, he founded his firm with a particular goal: to offer clients highly specialized assistance in family law, including international, juvenile, and personal law, with careful preparation in the area of successions.
She is an active member of the Juvenile Chamber Association of Milan, Aiaf (Italian Association of Family and Juvenile Lawyers), a member of Icali (International child abduction lawyers Italy), and the National Observatory on Family Law. She is on the list of lawyers specializing in legal assistance to women victims of violence.
She lectures in specialization courses, including university, training, and in-depth courses for professional orders, associations, and private entities, as well as positions as special curator/guardian of minors. She is the legal referent for territorial public bodies and private organizations.
Milanese by birth but a citizen of the world, mother of two children now of age who live and work abroad, she is the result of the stubbornness and resilience that have characterized the many years of her work.
